Stopped in for a tire repair after picking up a screw somewhere and getting a tire pressure warning. I’ve spent a lot of time in tire shops over the years, buying new and waiting on repairs, this was by far “the best” tire shop experience. Yes they did a great job getting us in quickly in spite of no appt, and of course they fixed our small issue with no trouble, but it is the way they run the business that so impressed me. If possible they meet you at the door to open it and welcome you. As soon as a second customer arrived, another associate showed up to handle their issue rather than have them wait in line; Customer Service at its best! Also, tire repair was No Charge! They’ll be getting all our tire needs going forward.
