I had my tires rotated and balanced and they scuffed every one of my black wheels and put the bigger tires on the front. They caused damage to my wheels in excess of $1,000, alone.

John in the Draper store displays the outdated behaviors of what consumers like me still appreciate: he's polite, enthusiastic, and happy to help. He also did his best to give me the most bang for my proverbial buck, and I appreciate his willingness to get creative and subsequently win my business. Unfortunately, his premium level of service and professionalism represent the minority today.

Depending on what you did to need an alignment... but personally I think they go overboard. Without consult they put a cam-kit into a 93 Explorer- and made it worse- they adjusted the cam kit a second time for free but wasted a few more hours... and didn't consult about that either... my truck was there for en estimate based on an SUV hitting me. I didn't authorize anything before it was done and I know I could get it done for a helluva lot less than $294!!! They were nice, took time to explain the fancy parts and labor but it was all stiff I didn't need- and as I said they returned it the first time with a worse pull to the right than the drift it started with.... I would go elsewhere for an alignment- but that's just me and my always-works-on-cars father. Good luck!
If you bring it in and ask for an itemized quote, they will provide it and will let you know priority as well so you can budget for it. They tend to be very budget friendly though. We budgeted $3k for a project and they came back with a bid half the cost.
