Smoked Out Ink has the lowest prices I’ve seen around and they have a huge selection. I drive 25 minutes to go to that store because of how clean it is, prices and their customer service

I am not sure. (I don't work there) but I go there a lot. I think the minor needs to be accompanied by the parent, and have a permission slip (given to you at the shop) signed. I am unsure if the minimum age is 16 or if it doesn't matter. But give them a call and ask :)

With parent permission you have to be 16 or older. My helix costed me $55, so it might be somewhere around there, but talk with your piercer.
