I have lived here for 2 years now and i am absolutely pleased. The girls in the office have always been very helpful. I had to do my first recertification and they made it so easy for me to get that completed despite their busy day to day. Elliot, Mike and Fernando are amazing and on top of their game ! Im very happy with how fast and efficient they are. Kai (office dog) is the best member of the team ! She makes it so inviting to come into the office !

I have loved living at the Emerson. The staff is so friendly and helpful (including the cutest office dog)! The maintenance team is so fast and efficient! I have never lived in an apartment that cared as much as them! If you are looking for a place to live, this is it!

It is very difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone at the office. After 2 days of calling multiple times throughout the day I finally got to talk to someone I inquired about a two-bedroom apartment which I was told they had units available and I was quoted the price of $1, 249 a month. When I came in person the next day to fill out an application as they had instructed me to, they stated that rent would now have to be $1,750 a month since it was the last two bedroom apartment available. Very disheartening and the whole time all 4 of the office employees were sitting around laughing, talking and eating and the phones on the desks were just ringing and ringing while they continued to ignore them . There was tenants/potential tenants rental files and personal information including paycheck stubs and copies of social security cards and driver's licenses laying all over the place which is extremely concerning. What appeared to be a maintenance employee came in and asked for a key to one of the buildings apartments and I watched in shock as the office manager fumbled through several Ziploc bags full of loose keys and after a few minutes just handed him one of the bags and told him it was probably one of these. I have never in my life visited an office with such low lack standards and complete disregard to personal and confidentially sensitive information. This is extremely concerning, and should be alarm to anyone looking to live here not to mention the tenants that already do.
