Stopped by Friday to pick up a bottle of engine and bike cleaner and talk with the service department about installing the Stage 2 kit on my 2020 Chieftain. First, Kris noticed I had grabbed the wrong spray cleaner for my bike and grabbed the right one for me. Second, He was happy to tell me the results I should expect to see after installing the kit. He also provided valuable information on a local tuner that should be used in conjunction with the stage 2 kit install. I live in Layton and will continue to drive here for the excellent customer service and knowledge.
