They make you believe that they got a low interest for you to sign the contract, after that they make you acquire without your consent guarantees that you do not need and that you will never use, which increases the "price" of the vehicle too much . Velocity Auto Sales is a great dealership to buy a vehicle from! I worked with David as my salesman and he was honestly very understanding & did everything to make me leave with a great purchase! Everyone there are very nice people & the vehicles they have on there lot is a steal. Highly recommend going to Velocity to purchase a car!

Had a great experience working with Austin in sales. I appreciated the no gimmick, no pressure sales environment. Shortly after leaving the lot I had a mechanical issue with the car. Braden and his team of mechanics fixed the issue quickly. Best car buying experience I’ve had.

I'm kind of mixed on this place, a few tweaks would make it a place I could recommend and be a repeat buyer. They are very low pressure and have no haggle pricing which I really like. They have a decent inventory and are priced at high blue book so you can get an okay to good deal, probably not a great deal. The sales guys are there to show you were the cars are and let you test drive but are not that helpful as far as getting you an out the door price or estimated payments using different rates, durations etc. You get put in a queue to see the finance guy and that wait could be an hour or more. What I didn't like is that if the car is a bit dirty and the fuel light comes on during a test drive, expect it to go out that way if you end up buying it. I think when you spend 20K or more on a car, they should at least fill the tank and give it at least a quick wash before sending you home with it. Overall a decent experience without all the games you get at some of the other dealerships

Why doesn't anyone ever answer in the service department, i call week after week but nothing so I have to call sales department because the service side sucks. The sales side is great 👍 by the way

What is their doc fee tacked on top of the sales price? Any other fees? I asked a sales rep when we were there and he shrugged his shoulders and said "dunno"....

I bought my 2015 mustang from them and the price on the mustang was 17.9k and the out the door price I paid was 22.2k
