I've been to some smash burgers that are booming with business. This is not one of them. We went around 5:30 only to be the only people in the restaurant. There were a few people who came in and picked up orders while we are so we weren't the only people. As we walked up, we weren't even sure it was open. Inside the restaurant was grungy and it felt dirty. Tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned and the floor was speckled with food. There was no music or background anything which gave off a creepy vibe. Now the restaurant didn't look nice and felt like you would expect if you walked into a restaurant that had been abandoned. But that being said the food was really good! It was a fresh and tasty. The customer service was very good and the workers were very friendly. We got the brisket burger and avocado burger with sweet potato fries. It was a bit on the salty side, but still really good! Unfortunately the atmosphere of this location has probably made this our last smash experience. At least for a while...

The employees are overworked. They only had two employees working at 12:30…which is a very busy time. I don’t blame the employees but they got a few things in my order wrong, most likely because they were overworked. I hope that this location can work to do something to fix it. The employees were very accommodating and worked to fix all the issues dispute being busy. Disappointed in management

It says they closed at 10 on Google and I get there and they close at 9:30. People need to update their Google information.
