I left the Floor & Decor store in Draper earlier this evening a happy customer. I had an issue with my receipt and a return. Olivia and Rachel listened attentively, made sure they understood the situation, asked questions, explained the situation/policy, heard my version of the story and then made sure I was satisfied with the result. My family has used F&D to remodel our homes and my workplace uses them for our commercial builds. Thanks for making it easy to come back! The service was impeccable!

I’ve done a few jobs shopping at floor and decor across different states. Each store is ran different. If you want help in utah avoid the salt lake store. Draper and Riverdale will do more to take care of your concerns. If your in a rush and need tile for a job your better off spending your time and picking it up than having a transfer. I need to find more photos of the completed jobs

I had my floors done by Floors and More. They were so great. They help you in the store, to choose what is best to suit your needs. They sent Steve out to measure, and he was great. Let us know how much the install would cost. I'm so glad we had them install it. He helped convince me it was much better than doing it ourselves. I'm glad we didn't even attempt that. Andres did our install, in one day, and it is gorgeous! He did an amazing job. By the way, we got the waterproof vinyl. I love it! You can't go wrong with this company.
Qe were impressed by their crowd control....social distancing. Not only on limiting the number entering the store but monotoring the proximity of shoppers also. Great Selection and prices.
