Sorry this is the wrong forum. I thought this was going to South Valley Motor sports. I have sent am email to them asking for clarification on their policy.
What do you mean, I always schedule an appointment but depending on the workload they have it might be a week or so before you can bring it in I'm sure that they prefer that so your bike doesn't sit there in the way, I just got my bike back. It was done when they said it would be they do good work
Call the service department and ask them.
Terrible customer service.... They must have that much business it doesn't matter.
