In the past when I have had a quote to fix an issue with my car, it has typicalky been "that is what it is!". Today it took me by surpruse that my Rep Mario cared about the comment. Ford could do better in hearing customers and working with on a more individual level like I saw today. Next day after getting an oil change, there is oil all over my garage. The simple fact that the tech couldn’t be bothered to clean up the mess he made on the skid plates. Now I have oil spots all over a brand new garage. Not very happy. Previous times getting serviced at the same place no issues. This stems from not cleaning up after removing the oil filter.

I would like to think so but you never know with LHM. Typically you can cancel extended warranties and get your money back for the un unused portion.
