The difference between big corporations and local retailers is customer service. Dewey and Spencer walked me through all their inventory and gave me honest comparisons. From someone that doesn't know a thing about vacuums and just wants glorious fluffy lines in my carpet, these guys made the difference and helped me get the vacuum I should've got years ago.

Got vacuum repaired here recently. Super-friendly owner and an inexpensive repair. Also got great advice on some cleaning products for the kitchen. Will definitely return. My wife loves this place too.
