I rented a unit from Pioneer Self Storage and had nothing but an excellent experience with this business. Every interaction I had with the staff was always exceptional. They were all incredibly friendly, helpful and delightful people. I enjoyed my interactions which each person there and was always treated with courtesy. The facility was always well maintained, clean and secure. I appreciated conducting business with them and enjoyed getting to know them.

I made a spur of the moment decision on a Monday afternoon to reserve a unit for some things I didn’t want to get rid of but no longer had room for. Well not even 10 minutes after I had submitted my online inquiry I heard back from the lovely ladies in the office. Within the hour I had rented a storage and was on my merry way. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Thank you again!

Excellent experience overall with absolutely nothing negative to report. Was able to get a small unit at a good price and very short notice when everything in Davis was sold out. Staff was super professional, courteous and friendly during multiple points of contact. Everything is spelled out and explained in great detail at check-in. Property/units are very clean.
