Seems like these folks don't give one I oda about you or your log . This shipper acts like is doing you favor by loading you 3 or 4 hrs later than your appointment.

The workers here are pretty awesome but the management do not know how to run and treat employees. Long hours (10 to 12 shifts), work over load, working weekends, definitely don't care about firing someone for making a mistake but not know they are always short staffed anyways.I've worked here for a year but glad I'm out of there. No wonder no one stays here for too long.

I worked there for nearly 3 years. While it's a good company to work for, employee morale is incredibly low. There are, at the time of posting, numerous people that are ready to walk out. They don't pay nearly enough for the work you do, the office staff gets HUGELY preferential treatment (catered lunches and every weekend off regardless of whether or not the plant is running, things like that). They'll surprise you with weekend shifts. They clearly don't care about losing a good employee over something stupid, and they stand to lose a lot more if their management style doesn't improve.
