Room and lady at the front desk were nice don't get me wrong! But the hallways smell odd and have a weird vibe is the best way I can describe it.

Our stay was great, our room was fantastic! Although the outdoor and indoor Waterparks were closed during our stay, June 2021, the indoor pool was available and the hours were long-term open. The arcade was the same.

Positive: The room was recently remodeled. We really liked the mini kitchenette. We did receive free waterpark passes. Negative: The hotel pool and waterpark was closed for renovations. Nearby neighbors were noisy. The hallways to the rooms stink of marijuana. The interior and exterior of the hotel looks rundown and worn out.

Positive: The room was in great condition and looked great to walk in to. The only two things would be that there is a dent/hole in the bedroom door as well as we couldn't get the lights to work in the room. We had to unplug and replug to another spot

U will not get it .this place needs to be closed and retrained and fixed and opened bt mt.olympus..should have demanded refund at desk immediately.but they prop said noanger there like they alwYs say..post bad reviews
They're not picky or they weren't when we were there.
There is free WiFi at the hotel but it doesn't work very well and cuts out at times. Snapchats barley load and Netflix doesn't even work
No pets make sure you get an updated room those are nice
129 a night..plus resort fee and tax..comes out to 159...good for younger kids..not kept up very good..rooms are old and warn down but the workers are very nice.
Yes you can. It's on "ok" place to swim but definitely nicer places to swim in the Dells...much nicer places to swim.
If you don't check in you room until 4pm, you can still swim until your room is ready!
Yes laundry. No breakfast but Denny's is right across the street and burger king is 30 seconds up the road from the resort. Not to mention all of the places to eat in town
Check in is not until 3:00 or 4:00 I think they would let you if your alittle early.If the room is paid they give you wrist bands.
