Super happy with the big refrigerator and especially the big freezer. Bed was comfortable. Great a/c and room wasn't hot when got there and it was 100 degrees outside. Shower was great. Big room.

Room did not get cleaned after our first night. Left for the day and came back to the as we left it. asked for towels and was told I could I could only get 2. I paid for a family of 4 to stay so 2 towels wasn’t enough. Th towels that were hanging up when we first walked in looked stained. Bottom line, you get what you pay for I guess. Won’t recommend this to anyone I personally know. Look for more reputable hotels.

Absolutely awful. I will never stay there again. Our stay was from 6/22- 6/25. Our room reeked of urine and there was ZERO housekeeping service. I called two days in a row to ask for towels and ended up using our damp beach towels. No one took out the trash so both cans were overflowing onto the floor. Never again. Front desk was rude when we asked if towels could be dropped off at any point at all . Bathroom lock didn't work either. 😕

If I could give this hotel a negative rating I would. Room stunk! Sheets stunk like someone had slept in them for weeks! Food crumbs all over the floor. Hair stuck in the bath drain. Stove light was on saying burners were on. They weren't but possible short and fire Hazzard. Dead bolt wouldn't lock all the way and window lock fell apart in my husband's hand when he went to check it. So window wouldn't lock. Didn't trust changing rooms because how clean and safe would any other room be if they gave us one like this? Hotel refused to give us our money back. NEVER AGAIN! Unfortunately Rodeway will not get any of our future business. I will not trust theM.. BEWARE!
