It's always a wonderful experience at Harbor Freight! Had a chop saw that I never opened for 2 years, it broke the first time I used it and I didn't have the warranty for it... total fluke, but they didn't give me any hassles, they said bring it on down and we'll give you a brand new one!

Like all of the others in this chain - large selection at good prices. I would prefer a little lower price overall and no coupons at sale prices on rotating inventory, but it is part of their game (and public appeal, I suppose).

The last couple of times I have been here have been disappointing. I don't know what has changed but the cashiers have been dismissive and I have been made to feel like was lucky to be allowed to shop there. Last two times I have spent a lot of money there. Not helpful. I'll try another store for future purchases.
