Amazing experience. We've stayed at allot of hotels and this has been one of the coolest. The location, downtown by the river, the decor was just super cool. Its motorcycle garage type themed. The rooms were set up so well with a rain shower, minibar, fridge, microwave. Service was on point also. Valet service was nice, a bit humorous because the cars are parked 20 feet from the drop op point but... room service for breakfast is great food, 5 star although it was crazy expensive. 20 bucks a person atleast. oh oh, I forgot the outdoor seating and lounge area. We hung out there at night after the restaurant was closed. Great spot to chill and talk. Have a drink maybe. ;) Overall we had a great time at the hotel, we will love going back.

We stayed here two nights for a wedding weekend and also a little getaway. We brought our dog and they were very accommodating towards dogs which was nice. Our neighbor room had two dogs and we heard them bark all evening until about 2 am both nights. We understand dogs bark and these things happen, but we also had a 9 month baby with us who was woken up by the dogs, despite a sound machine being on. Also, upon first entering the room the bathroom stunk badly, the smell seemed to return whenever the toilet wasn’t cycled after sitting for a few hours while we left the room… not sure if there was something messed up with the sewer or what could be causing it. The lobby even smelled the same way during the day once. Staff were kind and helpful. Overall, we had higher expectations for this hotel - we wanted to try it to see if it was worth the extra money. I don’t think it is.

The staff were all very nice, our experience was polar opposite. We went to check in around 4:10 PM and our room was not ready. We hung out in the bar, grabbed a drink and it was then ready at 4:45. The room also didn't look like it did on the website. I know that's marketing, but the website shows a bathtub and the room only has a shower. And overall the room was presented online more upscale than it really was. However, the room was still very nice and we would of had no problem or complaints staying there. But the cigarette smell baked into the room was unbearable. They had all their rooms booked, so ultimately we got a refund and stayed at another hotel.

From Milwaukee. This is my favorite hotel in the area. I've stayed twice-- once for the boyfriend's birthday and recently for their new years eve party. I've had all the brunches in the yard, eaten at Ash and enjoy their bar. Dog friendly. Fun atmosphere. Over the top fun, friendly and accomodating staff. Every experience I have had with this hotel leaves me with 'they did a lot to make this special'. When we stayed for my boyfriend's birthday they upgraded us and let me and a friend in before check in to decorate. At the end of our night, while we were lounging at the bar, they also sent up a plate of snacks for when we got back in the room. The touches on our new years eve stay mirrored the same sentiments. Most of the pics are from our new years stay - I really appreciated the dog package that was included - we had our 6 month old pup with us - it was her first time in a hotel and everything went smooth! The brunch that was included in the package the following morning was much appreciated!
