The room is comfortable enough. There is no elevator, so be careful if you have lots of luggage and stay on the second floor. Breakfast is standard fare: cereal, eggs, waffles, coffee, juice. There is a sign saying that food cannot be brought out of breakfast room. The balcony in my room had nails poking up from the wood just enough to be painful to walk across. So long as I stepped between those it was comfortable to walk on. There is a fitness room, but the cable machine half works. It is incredibly dusty, rusty, and does not appear to get used, maintained, or cleaned. There are no free weights, and not really enough room for a workout on the floor.

I am very disappointed in our stay at this "resort". The pictures in the photo gallery make this place look fabulous however it is not the case. Once checked in, my fiance and I wanted to use the outdoor swimming pool but were told we couldn't due to "cleaniness" of the pool. So we had to use the indoor pool on a sunny day. Now onto the evening. The upstairs guests were so roudy and noisy we didn't sleep a wink. And that was after calling the front desk multiple times for noise. I love cape cod and all it has to offer. However I will never recommend this place to stay to anyone. Oh and for my inconvenience I was reimbursed 30 dollars on a $350 room. Yes we paid over 300 for one night.

We arrived around noon with the kids and asked if we can check in they said no till 3pm. We asked if kids can at least use the pool till 3. They said no. What kind of family friendly this place is? This is my first time in hotel and last time.

Rooms are not that clean. Cob webs every where, table was sticky (previous guess spilled something) and the substance was under/around the light that is on the table, the vents in the bathroom are COVERED in dust, therefore many dead bugs in light fixtures on ceiling and my AC didn't work!
