Really bad experience overall. Our family of 6 had to leave and drive two hours home at 11:30pm because there were ants everywhere! We reached out to the front office and we were offered $14 discount for our inconvenience!! Best part is today I look in my acv9ubt and they charged me more!! These people are neither clean or professional.

This was a Great Stay and I would recommend staying again. I have been here before. Friendly Staff and good breakfast. Easy parking and getting to my room. Thanks to the staff for making my stay pleasant and uneventful.

Positive: Having a hot tub is always an appreciated amenity. And the staff was very responsive to one cleanliness issue I pointed out to them in the pool/spa area. Excellent customer service and commitment to cleanliness/safety!! Negative: The included breakfast service was appreciated although it wasn't as all-inclusive as the West Des Moines Holiday Inn property I stayed at 3 weeks earlier.

The staff at this hotel was the best part of it friendly accommodating and willing to go out of their way to accommodate me and my two dogs. The rooms was minimalist with a very light and easy modern design. Jacuzzi seemed a little cool but the hospitality to my dogs was the best of 6 prior pet friendly properties on my trip thus far. . A nice grassy area for them to relieve themselves complete with pickup bags and a garbage and no problem with them with the staff or other dogs. We've prepared for a charge to have them stay with us but the clerk upon checking us comped their stay thank you for that.
