My sister and I were in Des Moines for a family funeral and as a Hilton employee, I chose your hotel to spend one night in. The service we received from Emily at checking and the desk attendant who checked us out the next morning (I'm very sorry I don't recall her name (African American perhaps), were both exceptional. Friendly, welcoming, grateful for our stay, kind considering our circumstances. My sister and I sincerely appreciated the kindness shown to us and we will definitely recommend your hotel to our family and friends.

Very clean rooms, pet-friendly and the staff is SO polite and caring. They really do take that extra time to make it a pleasant experience here. We actually reserved a room at another hotel in the area and the rooms were unbearably filthy, so we canceled that reservation and booked here and THANK GOD we did! It's in a great area where nightlife and food are within walking distance. We are very comfortable and will be back if we are ever back in Des Moines

My first time staying here, my room was excellent and clean. Breakfast was wonderful and lots of options!! Thank you to the manager Emily who checked me in & also Roy they both gave me great dinner options. If I come back to Des Moines, I'll definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Is located in great proximity to so many things downtown Des Moines. Great view of the river and the river walk was a great adventure for my little grandsons. Great staff and a great hot breakfast. My grandchildren loved the swimming pool and the hot tub was great. Will definitely stay again.
