Positive: Clean. Staff was great. Location was perfect for the event I attended. Negative: Had to pay for public parking in parking garage. Luckily connected by a skywalk. Room did not have a mini fridge nor a microwave. That seems pretty standard these days. I also had to pay for internet despite being rewards member.

Positive: The bed was comfortable and I slept without waking one time. The service at the front desk was excellent. Very clean, quiet room with crisp sheets. Negative: The parking is across the street from the hotel and is a parking garage. We took the skywalk and the skywalk entrance was locked, so we had to figure out how to get to front door.

Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere. Beautiful restoration. Love the bar and food was delicious. The breakfast dining area lovely and delicious food great staff there too. Love all the art in the lobby. Room was just right for our one night stay.

Very nice hotel! It wears its age very nicely. Only real complaint is the lack of accessible electrical outlets in our room.. 3(1 on each nightstand and another in the bathroom) Today's "plug it in" culture requires a few more than that. The nearby (across the street) parking was shockingly inexpensive. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful to the point I felt like a VIP despite the fact I'd never stayed there before.
