Excellent visit. They were ready for me promptly on my arrival and made check-in very simple. I had no issues with the room, which was very nice and comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

I paid $130 for the room and the heater didn't work, the hot water never got hot, I had no idea what channels were available, where they keep the dumpster was open and disgusting, the ground was full of cigarette butts because the container was broken and overflowing, its a pet friendly place but had no place for a pet to go potty,, and when I woke up there was a copy of the charges under my door. The advertised price was $62 but I got charged way more. I deserve a refund

Stayed here during a family crisis for several months. Staff was friendly, were always cleaning throughout the building, received room service every other day for most of our stay. They were fast & courteous about replacing air conditioner during the summer months when it stopped working. Fridge was replaced with a nicer one when it had issues, and they even replaced TV in room with a bigger, better one! Would have stayed longer but the monthly rate went up a little over our budget. Overall very satisfied with our stay here and will definitely recommend!

For the price, it's great! The bed was fantastic, and I liked the laminate floor instead of carpet. The room is pretty clean, not perfect. The lobby area could use some color and decorating for a more inviting look. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.
