Pretty dated. The carpets are very old. They are not even fitted at places on the hotel corridors. Me and my family stumbles multiple times. The breakfast staff who makes omelette a for you are very rude even though we were polite and friendly. Front desk supervisor, Eddy was nice but the staff wasn’t supportive of getting the last night refunded as it was an error. The happy hour finger food selections were awful; the worst I’ve seen and so were the drinks selection. The bathrooms have mold and exhaust don’t work. The thermostat in the room doesn’t work. It is either super cold or you need to turn it off. It doesn’t matter what you set it to; it is always cold. The bath towels are bad quality. After shower if you use it, the body will be covered with cotton lints from the towel. They changed $18 per nights for parking! Park on the bridge for free or next door city garage for $10. The only good part of this hotel is it’s proximity to downtown. Go to Staybridge next door as our friends had a way better experience there. Stay Away!

The Staff was good, shuttle service great, food good but several of the rooms with the parties I was with complained about the rooms not being clean. Ours was not, food crumbs in drawers, shower not cleaned out. Floor looked dirty. Location is great for downtown but fairly steep room rates so I expect a clean room.

Common area and breakfast are was filthy in the morning. Someone should clean breakfast area before breakfast. Tables were a mess. They said breakfast was between 6am and 9am but not even set up at 6:30. The hotel is pretty dated and in need of work. The location is great. Parking cost $18 which is fine but should be made clear to start.

It’s always such a welcoming environment! Always beautiful, free breakfast & sometimes dinner or it’s all the time! Free alcoholic drinks between 530-730. Pool was nice and warm, our room was clean and nicely kept together! Bars and food in walking distance for a fun night, and they offer to drive you if you’re intoxicated. Private parking too, or free on the bridge! Will always choose this hotel now!!

Hi Kathy, Yes we do. All of our rooms have an iron and ironing board.
Yes, our complimentary shuttle runs within a 2 mile radius of the hotel so it can certainly get you to/from the Civic Center.
Yes, our complimentary shuttle runs within a 2 mile radius of the hotel so it can certainly get you to/from Wells Fargo Arena.
Unfortunately none of our rooms have an outdoor balcony.
Yes, there is a charge for parking. It is $18/night with come and go privileges, and it is available on a first come, first serve basis. Otherwise, there is a parking structure across the street that is run by the city, and it runs $1/ hour, but caps out at $10 for a 24 hour period if you park and leave your car, and you pay each time you leave. There are also bridges surrounding the hotel, and if you can find parking on the bridge, it is free.
It is mostly buffet but also have made to order omelet
Lua is closest at 1.3 mile walk due west
Our restaurant is Liberty's Iowa Grill and located on the south side of the first floor.
Yes we offer a complimentary airport shuttle. Just give us a call when you land and we will come and pick you up. When leaving the hotel our shuttle runs every 30 minutes on the hour and on the half hour. Our shuttle starts at 4:30am and runs until 11pm.
Our breakfast times Monday through Friday are 6am to 9pm. On the weekends 7am to 10:30am.
Parking would be an additional fee as we are Valet only, however there are also other parking options/fees in the area for self parking.
I really don't know when the pool close. I tell you one thing how much the room cost the pool should never ever close with a 24 hour lifeguard on hand.
There are settings on the TV's that prevent this feature. Please see the Front Desk to get it changed for your console.
We do offer a full service restaurant, the menu was recently updated in September of 2019.
On site we are valet only, the current pricing is $25/per night with in and out privileges. There are also other parking options/fees in the area for self parking.
