Nice spacious rooms clean and the women behind the desk extremely polite and helpful especially Anita really the only issue I had was I was there a week and the maids never once brought me towels I had to ask every day for towels but that's not that big deal would definitely stay there again

Thought this place was kinda dirty in common spaces/hallways, but the rooms were clean. Our room's plumbing wasn't working correctly...staff was great, but the physical quality of the stay wasn't great. Also, it doesn't have an elevator, so if you have heavy bags or are disabled, be sure to request a first-floor room.

The lady at check in could barely do one task at a time. Never greeted me or said thank you! Breakfast was definitely lacking. Location was fine but will stay elsewhere in the future.

Room was fine. But on check in she tried to charge me $50 more because online messed up my reservation. Nothing was mentioned on the website that if you are taking the shuttle to the airport it's an extra $5 per day for parking. That would have been fine if it was included in the price of the room. But to have it spring on me upon checking in, I was not happy about it. And with her attitude, I chose to pay the airline for the parking.
