I was pleasantly surprised! Surrounding hotels are a bit suspect. This one was clean and staff was amazing. Our room was very clean, a few lightbulbs were out and there wasn’t a shower curtain when we arrived, but the staff was able to fix those issues for us. Breakfast choices were great, clean eating area. Only issue was breakfast wasn’t ready on time at 6 which causes a delayed start to our day. The swimming pool was clean and very warm. Hope to visit again soon!

Nice hotel but we had a few challenges. Room was not cleaned for 2 days we had to ask for the garbage to be removed new towels things of that nature. The elevator not working was pretty bad. We survived and again the staff was very concerned and did what they needed to do to try and make us comfortable until the issues were rectified.

I arrived at 5pm to be told my room was not ready yet. That would have been fine but I was told that they had no idea when it would be available. I was offered a refund and suggested I find a room at another hotel. That is absurd. I drove 10 hours to get here. I waited for over an hour before checking back in with the front desk. While waiting a couple walked in and was promptly given a room. I inquired how that was possible that a room was available for them. I was informed they had booked weeks ago (like I did) and their room was just ready. Despite that I had been waiting for an hour. This was a terrible experience. The pool does not work and neither does the elevator. This is a theme. There are light bulbs (multiple!) out in my room. The drain in the shower will not stay open to drain the tub. I wedged something in it to keep it open. The only thing that works is the ice machine. The 4th floor also smells like cigarettes despite being a smoke free hotel. This is not a good hotel. SEEK ACCOMMODATIONS ELSEWHERE!

NICE hotel. Clean and better rooms than you expect. Price is fantastic for this quality. Location is fine. Tamyka at the front desk is super helpful. Heather at the breakfast lounge is very friendly and nice. I had a suite for less than the price than I would have paid anywhere else for a regular room. If you are going to Oklahoma City and don't want to overspend then this is your place!
