The staff here don't even look at the items, and know nothing about fashion. Instead of paying attention, they just shout and flirt with boys. I brought in several high-end designer dresses and purses, with tags still on, as I had duplicates - they rejected everything provided to them. Everything I provided was in new condition, designer or limited edition, and high-end. The rude cashier didn't bother looking, was shocked I asked for an explanation and then just said "oh the items and the condition." Which is obviously incorrect. When I asked 'not even the designer gowns', she was surprised and went back to the bag as if she had missed them, but I said I'd take them elsewhere. Imagine missing half the bag of stuff! If you have actual interest in fashion, don't go here, instead go to a city where it's not the athletic short and shirt crowd! I donated my items to a woman's shelter instead, and feel much better about it. Please note their response is an utter falsehood, and they even proceeded to continue to text me after I asked them to stop. Avoid!

Love this place. I go there all the time, I sell clothes and shop whenever I get the chance. Super quick, super easy, and overall a great experience. Would love to win anything from here. They have a great selection.

When I brought my clothes in I had a lot of name brand trendy clothes very very similar to their store. Also, the girls looking at the clothes barely looked and took name brand clothes and I got $13 for all my champion clothes. I wouldn’t waste your time there because you’ll wait for awhile and only get little bit of money and taking your time to bring your clothes. Thanks for ruining my experience and I will never ever come back there.
