The worst bank in town. The first of month drive thru is too slow. Still not allowing customers in bank without a appointment is poor service. Covid 19 is not a excuse.

Wow! I’m reading the reviews people post on here and people sure don’t hold anything back. I’ve only been banking with Wells Fargo for only 2 years and I have yet to have a bad experience. Customer service both inside the lobby and drive thru are exceptional. I’ve never received anything less. Yes, the drive-thru is slow, but what drive thru isn’t? If you can wait in line at a fast food restaurant for 10-20 mins or even an hour or more to dine in at a restaurant, what’s waiting in line at a bank? I’ve used online banking, Zelle, transferred funds from account to account, mobile deposits, deposits at the atm and never had a bad experience. Thank you Wells Fargo, especially the Rock Prairie location for your great customer service!

Been banking here for many years. Everyone here has always been very friendly and very helpful many times. Yes there has been a very few times that the drive thru was slow and for some reason there would be only one teller. Maybe other's were at lunch or something and maybe it was busy at an unusual time. Great place to bank in my opinion
