We stayed here twice recently. Once for 3 days and the second time for 5 days. The accommodations were excellent. Breakfast: Matthew ran the best breakfasts. They have a complementary breakfast 6:30 - 9 M-F and 7-9 on the weekends. They served eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, Texas-shaped waffles, various breads, coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs, milk and almond milk and yogurt. They also alternates between bacon and biscuits with gravy. The days that Matthew worked, the breakfast was spot on and ran smoothly. Pet Friendly: we brought our rescue dog the second time we came and they were very accommodating. We got a magnet that identified that there was a pet in our room for the cleaning lady. We didn’t leave him in the room except for two occasions. Front Desk: Alyssa was Wonderful when she worked up front. She was friendly, helpful, and we had some great conversations on our way in and out. Electric Vehicles: we have a VW ID4. They have a Tesla charger and we used our Tesla converter to charge our car every night, which was very helpful. It is a level 2 charger, so not fast but fine for an overnight charge. Accessibility: very accessible for those who use wheelchairs and a quiet hotel overall. I highly recommend

I had a bad experience with my room check in that I booked through Priceline. I had to cancel Priceline booking after 45 mins going back and forth with them and not getting checked in. I do want to thank Alyssa the front desk agent that had patience and was able to make another reservation so that I could get my room. She went above and beyond in helping me get situated with my room. Thank you Alyssa.

Excellent experience. The room was very comfortable and close to plenty of restaurants. The complementary breakfast was great. Very satisfied with my stay.

Positive: This was my second stay here. It was just as nice as my first visit. Everything is super clean!! Hot breakfast provided!! Grounds are clean, easy to get to from highway, HEB close, and easy to get to campus! Negative: No complaints
