I'm not usually one for writing reviews but I felt the need to do so in this case. I had a really good counselor that cared about my recovery who left to go somewhere else and because I wanted to transfer somewhere else, I was made to feel guilty by supervisors by them saying negative things not only about the other clinic, which I did my own research and found out it was not true what they said but about the counselor. They are more concerned about losing me as a patient instead of wanting what is best for me. Patients talk! I heard in line about these reviews and as I read them, the recent ones are very true. UA's were being done by counselors, the security guard, Marcella and Lidia. Supervisors are disrespectful and I have heard the front desk be disrespectful. I personally have not been disrespected so I must be a favorite but I have definately witnessed this. I have also witnessed dispensing being disrespectful, on their cell phones and tell patients to hold on while scrolling on the phone for 10 mins., giving the wrong dose amount (this one was to me) I have also heard about these recordings from other patients more than once who have seen the footage of themselves. Then my current counselor makes the session more about them or focuses more on the previous counselor, where she went, etc. This is really uncomfortable. Now I heard from my current counselor that the director, Lisa has moved on to Regional Manager and Marcella and Lidia are fighting for the director position. It's bad enough that nothing was never done to correct these issues that has been going on with them as supervisors, nothing will ever get corrected with them as director. It funny how when whoever is in charge with responding to these reviews says "we will let leardership know" Leadership is the issue in that clinic and until you clean house it will continue. Leadership should be cooperate and above Regional Manager. if you would truly report it. As I read further, the person who talked about having take homes remove, I can tell your story is a lie because if you lost ALL your take homes you did something to deserve it, not because of a counselor change. Take homes is earned by multiple things, not just clean drug tests. If I'm not mistaken, your picutre on here looks real familar and I believe you were throwing a tantrum in line because you wanted a red dot but didn't work at those early hours and were yelling at dispensing nurses as you were confronted on recorded someone. Hmmm. I DO NOT want to be approached coming this clinic by any management or questioned by my counselor about anything because I have a feeling someone will ask about this review just like they did when my previous counselor left.

My experience at bart Carmichael is absolutely amazing now because of my counselor Adrianna. She has made me aware of all programs that will help me. I can depend on her and tell her all my problems and she then helps me with a plan to deal or get rid of any issues i have. She is pleasant. I'm always happy to go to my counseling sessions. By Bart Carmichael hiring Adrianna this is the best thing that you guys have done. I've been here since 1999. She is the best for me and this clinic and i want to Thank You So Much.

They are the best front desk workers I have ever came in contact with . They are very helpful and love making sure they Help to the best of their ability .(Amanda & Gidget) I love them and hope to see them until I leave !! Very good spirited people . Hope you guys have life successful and prosperous and it goes the way you want too ! You guys deserve it !!!

It's unfortunate that this place has not been taking reviews seriously. I don't appreciate Melissa Santos, who I'm assuming is an employee, making assumptions about my 65 year old mother! This goes to show that this place is no good. Just because you have an issue with someone that is there or was there does not mean you make assumptions. I have now contacted corporate and I am EXPECTING a call back regarding this circus between employees and not taking my mothers review seriously. The purpose of reviews is to make the place better, not using it as a fight between employees. I will be filing a lawsuit.

Yes, you can get medicine the same day! no appt needed, I only suggest without an appointment show up at 7:00 am or as close to it as possible. Even with an appointment it will take a few hours, just remember. The employees are way more concerned about the "process" then they are about actually helping you. So make sure you follow it perfectly or they will screw you. I know things happen, but they will not care. Be warned. It is sad, for most will not be able to get help anywhere else. But sadly the clinic is run by people, and they will always have personal agendas, which will be more important to that individual.

You would need to let your current Clinic know that u have a need to dose at another Clinic whichever one that may be and they would set you up with the option for what's called a courtesy dose. But you would not be able to just walk in without letting both your clinic know who would then contact the clinic you're trying to get dosed from otherwise it would give you a hard time but if you start the process and let your clinic know you shouldn't need an ID just need your number. That's how I did it. good luck
So Thomas you want to know who used to work there or who works there now and you want to know what their past employment was or you used to work there and you're trying to get your employment history the question is a little difficult answer because I don't know exactly what you're asking I can only tell you things like if you want that information I would call the clinic and ask the front desk receptionist to transfer you to speak with the director her name is Lisa and I would ask her because she would be the one to tell you exactly what you're asking for
