Laila is so sweet, and always does an amazing job threading my eyebrows! She’s the only person I trust to touch my eyebrows! She wants to make sure you like the way they’re shaped, and allows for free touch ups within the first 24 hours of your appointment, but I’ve never needed to go back for any since she does a good job.

Laila’s is the best place in town for any beauty service! The employees are SO kind!!! They always make sure that you’re happy with the result before you leave! If you aren’t, you can come back within 24 hours and they’ll make any changes you want. The customer service is AMAZING! I love these ladies with my whole heart!

Laila is always great! And very accommodating she also is very knowledgeable and tries to make sure you're not spending a bunch of money for after care. And she talks to you the while time so that you're not in too much pain she's really fast! I've timed her a few times and she has finished in a record 4 minutes without missing any hair!
