Phenomenal art museum in St. Joe. Dr. Madeleine Rislow is an amazing art curator (one of my biggest role models and previous professor at Missouri Western State University). Dr. Rislow was the reason I know about this museum. The space is smaller compared to other museums in the metro but that does mean it is all that more inclusive. Very classy.

This small art museum has just enough to wet ones appetite to see more. In the gift shop area they have a few area artists work for sale. A revolving collection as well. Beautiful old home enlarged to accommodate more beautiful pieces. Welcoming environment.

We enjoyed the rooms and the art collection. We especially went to see the photography exhibit, Leaving and Waving: Deanna Dikeman! Really enjoyed her exhibit!

I think it is donation most of the time. I am usually there for lunch meetings so I am not sure. It is a very nice museum for its size
