Positive: The location was perfect. We attended a reunion at Monmouth Park. This was close to restaurants and gas station. The room was clean & bed comfortable. The halls were quite so a good sleeping experience Negative: The price was higher tan expected for such old furnishings. The hotel could use new carpeting or wood floors throughout the rooms and building. It was pretty old and dingy plus bedspreads.

I had car trouble’s and after a long tiring stressful day I found this hotel. I was greated at the door by the GM Krista. She was so nice and caring. She made me feel so welcome and some of my stress just melted off. I then went in to check in and met Fran, she was so nice and talkative and a time I needed it. Thanks so much I hope you guys see this review.

Very friendly staff clean rooms and property was nice there is a bar and restaurant next door. Will most definitely be back on my next travel through. Thank you very much Americin for a nice stay.

The quality of this hotel has gone down over the years. I would like to say it is from the staff but I believe there are multiple factors at play here. The exterior card readers to enter the building do not work well. Half of the time they don't read the key card and then when they do read half of those are denied. 25% chance to be allowed to enter the building is not acceptable. The pool is indoors and locked behind a key card system to gain entry. Great way to keep non guests from using your pool. The problem lies in the lock on the door and plate on the door frame being very loose. They wiggle quite a bit which allows anybody to play with the handle jiggle the door to open it up without the key card. The pool water has floating bugs in it which means the filtration system needs work and the pool needs cleaned. Sand all over the bottom of the pool. The hand rails to get in and out fo safety are very wobbly and need repaired. The pool room itself is as hot as a sauna, but the pool water is around 50°F. These temperature changes are dangerous on guests and could lead to case of shock. The hot tub was removed leaving a hole in the floor and it had one flimsy rope going around it. Not safe at all. The rooms are nice and pretty clean. The only problem I have with the rooms is the beds. They are so soft that when you lay down your head sinks down toward the floor. I have stayed here twice in the last 30 days and last time I had this exact same room, so I was smart enough to bring pillows from home just in case.
