DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I didn't want to give any stars but it wouldn't post without at least a 1. I tried them our for a year and it took another year to get my yard back in shape after they literally KILLED MY GRASS. There were so many areas that needed to be re-seeded. I wish I had never contacted them in the first place. Then after the yard was damaged I called customer service but that was a joke. Then they had the audacity to BILL ME for their work of killing my yard. I REPEAT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company is a complete scam. First they start with some astronomical quote for the year & can magically get down to half of the first price. Then once you’re signed up, they make it seem like a miracle product & your yard will look start to look better after 2 weeks of the first treatment. It’s now been 5 months & my yard looks no better. I’ve even had new weeds start to grow since they’ve been treating my yard. Now I’m being told I would need to pay for additional packages. The customer service rep basically said I’m a liar & that the tech wouldn’t have given me false information. I’d honestly give them zero stars if I could.

The techs lie about performing services ... I keep my gates locked because I have pit bulls in the back yard. I have repeatedly asked for the tech to call me when he's on his way so I can put the dogs up and let him in the yard but they never do ... they pull up get, out of the truck check the gates then they leave not even bothering to call or knock on my door. Then they have the audacity to put into the computer that they "completed my application" ... Lazy Liars ! Then I have to call customer service and get a rescheduled application which pushes all my applications back ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRUGREEN IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES THAT REQUIRE ANY EFFORT FROM THEIR LAZY, LYING TECHS !
