If you’re looking to print a sewing pattern here, I’d think again. I was chastised for not specifying what size I’d like the sewing instructions to be, so they assumed and printed the pattern AND the instructions on blueprint-sized paper. When the worker helping me got her supervisor, I was told that it was my fault that I didn’t specify the size to print the instructions. This was my first time printing anything, how is this my fault when it’s their expertise? Do their workers not look at the files beforehand if there’s no size specification? There’s only the option to choose the size of ONE file, not multiple. HiTec knocked $50 off my order for a grand total of $34 for a simple sewing pattern… something that should’ve been much cheaper, without the gaslighting.
