This place is amazing. I went in to look for engagment rings, and they helped immensely! I had pictures that my fiance had showed me and had a hard time choosing one. They hung onto a specific ring for a couple days while I decided. When I said lets do it then were able to get the stone and setting already to go for me very quickly. Super knowledgeable and kind. (I was completely out of my element looking at rings)... But my fiance said "yes" So they helped me choose right! Cant wait to get the wedding band!

My boyfriend's words "We just paid almost $260 to have your rings sized to fit and they barely fit your pinky." I was so excited to get the call today that my rings were ready. I dropped them off about a week ago when they were size 4. They sized me at 7 1/2 and after going on & making a big deal about how they only size up 2 sizes they put the sizing rings on my finger starting at 8 1/2 & got it down to a very snug 7 1/2. The combination of them being the professionals & knowing what they're doing plus them saying they only upsize 2 sizes made me feel like I should just accept the professional opinion of what size fit me. My rings did not fit. They sprayed glass cleaner on my finger to try to force it to fit...?? The wedding band is smaller than the engagement ring. When I brought that up she put it on the size cone without specifically showing me, and said it was the same size. They said to give it a week of trying it on at different times in the day depending on how swollen my finger is & if it doesn't fit at that time bring it back in & they will charge me more $ to size it to fit. So it just doesn't fit, I was upset about having to pay more $ again (not to mention waiting again) but they didn't seem to care at all. Very disappointing experience after doing my research to find the best place to trust with my ring & reading all of their good reviews. My boyfriend refuses to give them any more of our $ so I'll have to find somewhere else to make my rings fit. :( As far as positives the staff are very friendly, relaxed atmosphere & my rings were beautifully cleaned; so sparkly! *Late Edit: I took my rings somewhere else to have them sized correctly. He showed me on the sizer that Jewelry Emporium sized them to 7. So even though the agreed upon, snug fitting size of 71/2 was the goal they sized it to a 7. I would never have written a bad review if they would have offered to size it CORRECTLY to the agreed upon size for no additional charge since it was their bad, but that's not what happened so here we are.

We ask everyone to wear a mask, socially distance while in the store but do not require appointments. We regularly clean surfaces, have clean/used pen cups and provide hand sanitizer at the checkout counter. We are confident buying jewelry prevents COVID!
The store does not buy jewelry from the customer normally. However, a couple times a year the Jewelry Emporium has what is called the Estate Buying Event. At that event an outside organization comes to the store and purchases valuables from the customers. Those valuables include jewelry, antiques, all sorts of things. I believe the next buying event is in April. Get on the Jewelry Emporium Facebook and hit “like” so that you can be informed of the next buying event or call the store to get the exact dates 970-226-5808.
