You have such bad customer service. No way to chat to an agent. No way to talk to an agent. Increase my bill payment from $36 to $60 at the end of my billing cycle. I want to change from Go GIG to Unlimited. And there is no way to do it. Now I can not use your service. I need to cancel your service immediately!

A lot of the time it wouldn’t even have the episode available to watch even more than 24 hours after the original air date. Anytime I’d call and ask/complain they’d just tell me to wait at least 24 hours after. Not helpful.
Your guess is as good as anyone's. They are notorious for not cleaning up after themselves. Happened to Mr many times.
Running good at my house. Perhaps you need greater bandwidth for your amount of use.

most of thee time yes you can but please pay attension to the bill because they will try and charge you for the basic channels and the equiptment. they have a hard time understading that they need to split the bill. also make sure that you understand who's account the box is in. yours or the facility. because when you are done with it they willtry and charge you for the box even if it is on the facility's account.
