I haven’t officially moved in yet but my experience with the staff here has been delightful in the midst of a storm. Earlier this week, I was forced to leave my home in Nashville due to it being suddenly condemned. I reached out to this complex and connected with Courtney B. Courtney is delightful to work with. She gave me an amazing tour of the property, responded to my emails efficiently, and kept me up to date with the status of my new home. Courtney eased my stresses of the process and I was approved in less than two days. I’m so glad I made the decision for this to be my next home and I look forward to the amenities that Harpeth offers. Thank you again Courtney! 🤎 You are pure joy! 💕

I really enjoyed the year living there. The community is nice, they are pretty prompt on fixing any work orders, and they try hard to help you when in need. They do gouge on the “repairs” when you move out even if it is normal wear that you can’t avoid so don’t expect your deposit back and be prepared to pay more after you’re gone but this is pretty standard for most rental units unfortunately. That being said, Shara and Sophia in the front office helped me out with a big misunderstanding and showed that they truly want what’s best for the residents, even if it isn’t easy for them to help find a solution. They were responsive and kind each time I spoke with them. They have very good customer service skills and are an asset to the office.

Just moved out of Harpeth after three years, and let me tell ya, I came for the location, but I stayed for the management. This apartment has beautiful grounds, the apartments are well maintained, and my (renovated) apartment was so beautiful with the high ceilings and more space than most one bedrooms. My husband and I ate breakfast on the balcony all the time. The pool is really nice, the best apartment pool I’ve been to. This place feels like home, not just an apartment that tries too hard to be trendy to get the newcomers in. They genuinely care about you and Sharra, the manager, made sure I was always taken cared of. She even emailed me because another resident noticed that I wasn’t home and thought I might have been back in my hometown when the tornados hit. Any time I’ve ever had a maintenance issue (which was usually a clogged drain because of my hair, totally on me) it was resolved in a timely manner; Brandon, the head maintenance guy, was always prompt and friendly. I had maybe one issue with a resident breaking lease agreements and when I brought it to management’s attention, it was resolve quickly. They also do events with residents and help neighbors meet others. I met many of my neighbors and built relationships, which was rare at other places I’ve stayed. The location is great, too. Right outside of Franklin proper, within minutes of anything you could want, but still in its own area so that you’re truly getting that neighborhood experience. We probably wouldn’t have ever left if it wasn’t for a new job opportunity back in our hometown; Harpeth was always and will always be a home for us.
