I forgot to leave a review when David was here last year, so I'll leave it now because I have asked them to come out again. Simply put, I won't even consider anyone coming to my house again for tech support. I work from home, and from time to time I need some help with whatever new gadget I have added to my home. From networking to printer setup, these guys are great. I was absolute sure that David was going to be here all day, and he was done by noon. The price was quite reasonable, and he even had a few piece of gear that I needed and didn't have. 10 out of 10.
