After being a loyal tenant for 4 years for once we had a payment bounce back due to an error on our part for not changing the bank account in the app. UDR would not give us a break and charge us over $200 in late fees. I tried speaking with Elizabeth and she’s the worst. Totally heartless and 0 sympathy for anyone in this economy.

Code and directory for guests. Gates are open during busy hours of the day to avoid backups. I don't know how pricing is now but management is great and this place is well worth for the area. My one complaint about this place is the trash situation.

I don't know but it would be best to check with the leasing office.
Your absolute credit score isn't that important. They look at the reasons for why the credit score might be low for example if you have previously been evicted you can forget about renting a Carrington hills
