I purchased a 2020 Volvo XC90. Labor Day weekend. I’m was really excited for this vehicle. The SUV needed some minor repairs before I could take possession of the car and the dealership manager Dave said give me 2 days. This is when all the issues started, I never got an update until I asked, every time I called, I talked to a different person, long story short I received a call from Dusten a week later to pick up the car, when I arrived to pick up the SUV, it wasn’t ready I waited and reviewed the minor details with the manager and it looked like a cheap paint job was done on it, I asked the manager, when willthis be corrected? and she didn’t have an answer for me, I turned on the SUV and the check engine light was on. I told them I will leave the car there and pick it up Monday when everything was corrected and pay it off. I left a message for the manager Monday 2 weeks after I purchased and still no response from the dealership. I’m glad I didn’t pay it off the day I signed all the documents. I won’t do business with this dealership again. And Im back in the market for a vehicle unfortunately.

I do understand that parts and manual labor is really expensive but when they do the check on the car tell you exactly what it has they'll tell you what part it's needed therefore you can always buy parts on Amazon and see if somebody can help you out to put it in at least that's what I've done in the past I had no issues Good luck
