I joined the Jeep family about a week ago, thanks to Brendon, Mathew and Matt. Appreciate them for being there every step of the way! Brendon was extremely helpful showing me the different kinds of models they had available until I felt I found the right one for me. Mathew is a great sales manager that helped me bring a dream into a reality. Matt, the finance guy, was great to work with, had the coolest kicks! A true sneaker head lol. Thanks fellas! Came to Courtesy to get out of my gas guzzler, into a gas saver and had the pleasure of working with Liz. She listened to what I wanted/needed in the new car to be happy trading in my current vehicle and delivered beyond expectations! Highly recommend!
We have purchased two vehicles from Heggs over 2 years. I have had two recalls on one of my vehicles and was contacted by Heggs within a month of purchasing my vehicle to schedule replacement part from the manufacturer of that particular part. They got me in and out both times and shuttled me home so I could tend to other things during the service. Very accommodating and great follow through. They worked hard to help us secure financing. I have referred 2 people and both purchased from Heggs...very satisfied customers. My ex husband was a finance director for a few dealerships in the valley for many years, this is by far the best I have been associated with in every/any way over the 38 years since I've move to the valley of the Sun.
You should have documentation of your purchase. So you should have copies of what your request is because your request should have been made in writing. If they don't respond I would recommend you report it to the Better Business Bureau you might find some help there. You might even want to initiate an intent to file a legal suit by way of a letter. I suggest you do all you can informally first.
