This is a nice Victoria Secret's located in The Shops at Pembroke Gardens. I feel like the store at the Pembroke Lakes Mall has more merchandising though.

Worst customer service period. If I could give less than 0 stars I would. I never thought I would experience discrimination at a store like this in 2022 but I guess there’s a first time for everything. I came in to this store about a week ago to get sized as I was shopping for my wedding day bra, and the Old White lady in the front was less than helpful to say the least. She refused to measure me and just handed me the tape to do myself and threw some bras at me to try on. Didn’t even bother opening the fitting room for me. I had to stand there and wait for someone else to open it.. you would think that was the worst of it it right? Wrong. As I was coming out of the waiting room ready to leave and not buy anything obviously after that, I saw the same old white lady happily measuring another old white lady without a problem, happily grabbing all the bras she wanted to try on, walking her personally to the fitting room and personally opening the door and waiting to help her get fitted with her bras. I guess I wasn’t “white” enough to get that kind of treatment. It’s absolutely disgusting. I’ve never seen such treatment. Little do they know I’m a former CSL manager for the Victoria’s Secret on Lincoln road in Miami Beach and I can definitely tell you with certainty this is not how you treat your customers. I’ll definitely be contacting your district manager as well as your regional manager. This behavior is unacceptable. Definitely do NOT recommend.

Victoria Secret brand is being destroyed by the horrible lack of customer service at this location. On 09/18/2021 I came in with an order that was purchased as a gift(online), still in original wrapping. The items were purchased as a gift for my daughter, but were to big. She had yo leave for college and left me the items to exchange, as we would be seeing her in the next month. I assumed this would be an easy exchange, it was not. The associates when I entered the store didn’t give me an upbeat greeting(they were more on security alert), and as I was shopping the store several associates were using the method they normal use on shoplifters, making my shipping experience very uncomfortable. Anyhow, I browsed the store for the items to exchange and I purchase other items as well. When I got to the register for the exchange, and gave them the story just shared, they refused the exchange of the items in store. The reason given was I didn’t have the original receipt or order number, which I wouldn’t have because I explained it was a gift. So, if you receive a gift, you wouldn’t have order information or original receipt, unless the person gifting shared that with you.The associate offered for me to give them the items and they would ship it back to their warehouse and at a later time I would receive credit for those items, crazy right? I refused that option and called customer service, which ensured me they could do a non receipt item exchange (or whatever their correct terminology would be). I explained this to the associate and Manager, they still refused. Customer Service called the store and I’m guessing the store still refused to do the exchange. The treatment I received at this store location was embarrassing, especially to do a simple exchange. The following me around in the store, the refusal to offer “ALL” options available for returns and when cashing out being told “you NEED to swipe your card”. There is a lack of diversity in this location, which to what I noted is leading to mistreatment of minorities and profiling of minorities. I shop this location for the convenience, in the future I will trade convenience to be treated better somewhere else! Elsie or whoever the Manger and associate was that day were horrible , and I will make sure to use every platform available to make it known! They don’t know how to treat their customers, not even taking into consideration customers are who keep the doors open and a paycheck coming in. Treat your customers all the same, stop making them feel uncomfortable and learn how to speak and interact will your customers. Poor customer service, poor attitudes and poor problem solving skills! Should be zero stars, but I needed to write this review!

Every time that I go to Pembroke gardens Victoria secret location I have a different problem .only a few of employees are nice, the rest including the manager have a nasty actitud , they never solve problems (even if is some thing easy to solve) and they never want to get the costumer happy. I just to go to that place because is close to my house, but I’m not coming back, I prefer to go to another one that probably can help and get a better costumer server as it should be.
