I want to say thank you to CMC Roofing Services. I had the best customer experience with CMC Roofing Services and Christian Gantz. This was my first time filing a claim on my roof and was unsure on how the process went. Christian walked me through all the steps from start to finish. He was able to supplement the job to add additional items to the claim. Also Clayton from Knight Restoration did amazing work for the interior damages that were present. Overall such a great company to provide excellent services. Thank you again CMC Roofing Services and Christian Gantz.

We had a very good experience with CMC. Not only were they actually in the office on a Saturday, but we were able to have two certified roofers come out the following day on a Sunday. Christian and Brandon were very thorough, knowledgeable, and respectful in explaining their recommendations. Worthy to note, I also appreciated that they spoke to both my husband and me equally, which is sadly not always the case. They also came back out and met with the insurance adjuster and worked with him to find reasonable repairs without the need of replacing the entire roof. In general, new roofs are wonderful, but not always needed. They were able to work with us and assist us with getting our roof restored and in beautiful condition! I can further say that their pricing was very fair, and they were extremely easy to schedule with. I have no doubt that we will continue to use them in the future thanks to their honesty, knowledge, skills and their amazing customer service!

Christopher Depperschmidt, one of the owners, was driving down Mockingbird in a marked CMC dully pickup, with an uncovered trailer full of debri yesterday. 2 whole glass sliding doors fell out and glass shattered all over the road and hit cars including my brand new truck. I tried to stop him but he wouldnt even look over at me when I was honking at him. I pulled in front of him to stop him and got out. He was extremely rude and mean. I was just letting him know what was going on and trying to help, so noone else got hit or hurt. I had to call the police because he drove off and drove another mile with another door fixing to fall out on Mockingbird lane. He had plenty of places to stop safelty. As he covered the trailer, he mean mugged me the whole time and was angry at me for something he did wrong. He should have covered the trailer before driving, which is the law. Definitely don't recommend them, as his lack of caring was top notch. No apology or anything nice from him at all.

We needed to get our older roof replaced because of some hail damage and minor leaks. We had our insurance company inspect it and they rejected the claim. We had been thinking about it for awhile and then Christian who was in the neighborhood knocked on our door. He made such a positive impression on us that we set up a time for him to inspect the roof. He saw the damage and offered to help us show the insurance adjuster where it was. Finally, we were able to get the insurance adjuster (the same one) back out and it was still denied. We were so impressed with Christian and CMC Roofing that we decided to have the roof replaced even though it would come from our pockets. He gave us a timeline and the job was done quickly and professionally. Christian and his crew were so courteous and hard-working and they got the job done in less than three days. Christian's help did not stop there though. Three weeks after the job had been completed; Christian was driving by and saw that we just had two huge branches fall and luckily miss the roof by inches. He offered to come back after the trees were cleared and check for damage. He even gave us references for tree services and offered to make a couple of calls. This service was above and beyond anything we could have asked for. You can choose CMC for your roofing needs with confidence.
