Why is my refund still not processed? I returned my car on July 30th and am still awaiting a $2k refund. I suggest not doing business with the manipulative and shady characters at this dealership.

You should have documentation of your purchase. So you should have copies of what your request is because your request should have been made in writing. If they don't respond I would recommend you report it to the Better Business Bureau you might find some help there. You might even want to initiate an intent to file a legal suit by way of a letter. I suggest you do all you can informally first.

That is an direct issue with the dealership more than a can we help question, I would suggest contact the dealer and document the timeframe of their actions or lack theirof
