You should have documentation of your purchase. So you should have copies of what your request is because your request should have been made in writing. If they don't respond I would recommend you report it to the Better Business Bureau you might find some help there. You might even want to initiate an intent to file a legal suit by way of a letter. I suggest you do all you can informally first.
