*****DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY***** I applied online on 01/28/22. I paid $149.00 for app and admin fee by money order since the site would not allow me to pay online. I applied for a 2bedroom 2bath and the website said that the rent would be $750. I was told that my unit would be ready on my requested move in date which was 02/22/2022. I was also told that someone would contact me in 2 business days to let me know if my app was approved. I called many times and left many messages and emails. To this day, I have never received a call nor email reply back from The Groves Apartments. On 02/15/22 someone finally answered my call after I had called so many times in 3 weeks with no prevail. I went to the leasing office on that same day 2/15/22 and was told that my unit would not be ready until the first week of March. I was also told that the rent was $875 and not the $750 as the website said when I'd applied. During this visit, I was also told that my app was approved back in January although no one informed me of this info previously as promised. I was told yet again that someone will contact me in 2 business days with an update. I have not heard a peep from The Groves. The unprofessionalism is so real at this place. This place lacks basic customer service skills and the attitudes are extremely rude over the phone. This was the worst experience that I've ever encountered!

The apartments CONSTANTLY SMELL LIKE SEWAGE!!! I'VE ASKED FOR OVER 6 MOS TO HAVE THEM COME FIX IT...NOTHING. THEIR ARE SQUIRRELS LIVING "IN" THE CEILING AND FIELD MICE THAT LIVE AND SCRATCH THE WALLS!! No one should have to live in these conditions. I've aske for help... and NO HELP IS IN THE FUTURE. I CAN'T!!!!!

I am thankful that I do not have to live here! My nephew has had nothing but issues since moving into this townhouse. I would not advise moving here, unless you don't mind leaking windows, busted pipes, water leaking from the second floor shower, ceiling fell in, damage to your furniture ( where you are promptly told to file a claim with your renters insurance) and unprofessional staff. You all can do better. Stay clear of The Grove, in Florissant, MO.

You are absolutely correct. Before moving in here, I went through hell due to management issues. Moving in here has been a disaster before I packed in and this is still my first month, I know this is going to be a tough year for me. I am still considering my legal options bcos I just can't imaging spending a whole year in this disaster. I won't allow my worst enemies to move here.

Yea they told me it the MTM is month to month & i had to sign a new lease with new rent increase. Like how do they rebew a lease with an increase in the middle of a dang on current lease... I'm so done! Then had the nerve to say or I can move within the next 60 day... Wth! I'm done! This is my last year... Im outta here! I could have kept my home with these increases & fees. Not to mention I do all my own maintenance cause theirs "aint worth a damn."
