Greenway Chase used to be community with caring residents and administration. The people in the office are non responsive to questions or concerns. If you come to them with a concern, it seems as though they take it offensively. You can call the office all day sometimes and no one will answer the phone. The maintenance and grounds workers do not put forth a lot of effort into their work or finishing the work in a timely manner. People are allowed to dump abandoned cars in the parking lot and the office does nothing. Communication is key and when you work for the community, you need to do a better job of communicating with your residents. In the past, the office workers and maintenance workers seemed to care about this community. That is not true with the current administration.

Living here is great but things change without advance notice, maintenance tends to make a mess when doing repairs and not clean up afterwards and they don't follow directions put in with work order. Alot of fixtures have been rigged in place and stains in the ceiling appears out of no where

Customer services has been wonderful. The service for rent payment has been different. I had to pay another deposit due to a lost lease agreement.

The move in process was very smooth. Missy was a great help. Any questions, comments or concerns I had she helped me along the way. No matter how annoying I got.. lol. 10/10 would recommend!! She needs a raise!
