Been Living here for almost 2 months now and since I been here I have been ready to leave. Me and my roommate first moved in everything was fine but the problems started 2 weeks later. My roommates power went out in her and was out for 3 weeks. The front desk told to buy a extension cord and plug it in the bathroom if she wanted to watch tv. DANGEROUS WHY WOULD YOU TELL SOMEONE THAT. It took them 3 weeks to come fix it because my family member had to call them to come do it. Their system kept messing up so it kept changing our rent. We had multiple spiders in our apartment and it finally got taking care of. Somebody in our building bast their music and we can hear it through out our apartment consistently through the night. Don’t stop till 3am. HONESTLY REALLY WANT TO BREAK THE LEASE DEFINITELY WONT BE RENEWING

I just moved here a couple months ago and car has already been broke into. There are gun shots nightly. I see drug deals all the time in the parking lots and corners. I even had females walking and coming up to my car asking if I can use thier "services". They should charge only 400-500 for rent because ull be spend way more money for all the other expenses ull occur

The new maintenance supervisor, Andrew, took the time to clean up the grounds outside of my parent's house. He took the time to empty the dog trashcan that was unbearable during the summer heat. He is a breath of fresh air for the property.... Literally

Apartments high asl for no reason. 1. Everything in these units is outside. Carpet, appliances, paint, doors, etc. 2. Very poorly insulted. Electric bill will be 200+ all year round 3. Water pressure is terrible in the bathroom and kitchen 4. I still haven’t found it yet but I think they have a secrete drag racing track on the property somewhere. You hear Hellcats & Trackhawks all night with sirens here and there 😂 I’ve been living in Florissant for years (3rd apartment) and this property has been my worst experience so far.
