Chicken was terrific to my surprise. Counter help sweet. But the place was filthy. Women's room toilet running continuously and wouldn't flush. Dirty. No soap in the dispenser. No sanitizer in the dispenser. Tables floors chairs all dirty and disheveled. But the food was hot delicious and tender.

Although most of the workers look tired every time I go, they are not rude. I appreciate their hard work, and effort to service the customers with having a bad attitude. The food is always fresh, and hot. Keep up the good work.

I ordered a 12 piece family meal and received only 8 pieces of chicken. I guess someone forgot to take off their shoes so they would know the difference in the count! No call back number to contact, that doesn't go directly into voicemail. I guess I should have held up the line and counted each piece before heading home. Good help IS so hard to find now!

“ Answer your phone for crying out loud!” This particular store deserves a zero star. Its is so sad, every single review for this store is awful. The higher-ups needs to fire every single person in this store especially management! If you can’t do your job, quit! Every time I call no one answers the phone, they can’t be that busy on a Wednesday evening! Colonel Sanders would turn in his grave!

If that happens call the restaurant and ask for the manager they will handle it for you..if you can take pictures so they know when they need to see it if you can't return that night
I worked at KFC when I was 16 I'm in my 40s now service was better back then smh..we recently went to the KFC in West County and it was amazing service the ladies at Drive through gave us free drinks while we waited for our food.the food was fresh and they was very friendly..the further out we go for food the better only place I've had great food with friendly service in this area is Culvers.Im not sure why but it's sad you have to go to a far location to get good service..

I guess it depends on the hour try going during meal times or when they first open for the day, not in between times, your sure to get cold or not so good food
