WHY ARE ALL THE KFC IN ST.LOUIS SO BAD .THE FOOD IS PACKED TERRIBLY.SERVICES ARE ALL BAD .EMPLOYEES ARE UNFRIENDLY NEVER SAY THANK YOU.I AM WRITING TO NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS THEY DO CARE ABOUT THEIR NAME .I WORKED FOR THEM 20 YEARS AND ITS THE WORST

I worked at KFC when I was 16 I'm in my 40s now service was better back then smh..we recently went to the KFC in West County and it was amazing service the ladies at Drive through gave us free drinks while we waited for our food.the food was fresh and they was very friendly..the further out we go for food the better only place I've had great food with friendly service in this area is Culvers.Im not sure why but it's sad you have to go to a far location to get good service..

I worked for kfc back in the eighties, and saying thank you and fast friendly service was a part of the training. Some days you don't get that. I was at the kfc on N Lindbergh, the service was fast and the cashier was friendly. It was nice.
