7/3- How is location still open, every time I come here you are either closed or not serving food at this time. It’s 4:10pm how are you not open??? You employees are rude. when we asked if you all were closed, she nastily said “We are not serving food at this time”. I’m done spending money with your company…

After leaving St Louis for 4 years and coming back and wanting some Jack in the box really bad, I was really disappointed in the food. It was on the cold side and dry, while sitting at the window waiting on them to serve me the cold food the workers were inside visibly playing and laughing. Just wasn't professional at all. I'm not going to let this be my last time going to Jack in The box because I do love those fried tacos.

Sorry. This was the wrong location.. This one I never have problems with. The one I'm speaking of below is the one on Lindbergh and Thunderbird. Every time I come to this location there's a different excuse. A shift change at 8:20 when they close at 10, in the morning not a person in line, but I'm told they're only doing online orders which makes no sense. They seriously need to consider hiring people that actually want to work
